75 Overhead Squats - 42.5 kg

Take adequate rest between sets.

Post number of sets and reps completed in each set to comments.

this was tough after yesterday's WOD!

It was a solid effort on my part, but not a solid perfomance. I was weak and awkward like a new born horse taking it first steps. Four 3minute rests between sets.

Hard to get full depth, but when I relaxed and kept my eyes looking about 6' down toward the ground I noticed I went deeper.

Gald I taped my wrist, that made a huge difference.
