30 seconds rest between exercises. 3-5 minutes rest between rounds.

I need to work on my kipping rhythm and I think I can get that score up a lot.

I want to do the 8 wks lifting program. But my problem is with my BUD/S training it will affect my endurance to much. So I will probably not be able to do it :( my motivator had told me endurance is my single most important thing to focus on. He advised me to avoid doing it. Though he did say that he loves the SS stuff and if I wasn't going to BUD/S it would be a great program.
