That tme of week again - CrossFit Games WOD #4
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
Overhead squat, 30 reps 55/40kg
10 Muscle-ups
Ahhh, was wondering when they would come about, but both in one workout - destroyer of all that is good - burpees and muscle ups! Does Coach Glassman hate me? HAHA
Also, first workout of the Fittest of the Sierras this weekend - I can tell you until I get to those rings hanging in the air laughing in my face I am great on this workout.
