This WOD was created a few weekends ago, and looked so awesome I cycled it in to regular scheduled programming.
Strength:
Snatch
3-3-3-3-3 (technique to medium weight)
If your going to max or shoot for new PR
1-1-1-1-1-1-1
Metcon:
800m run
Then 3x
5 tire flips
10 HSPU
15 wall balls
20 burpees
