Nice, explosive, quick, down and dirty.

Strength:

Deadlifts
5-5-5-3-2-5

Metcon:

10 min AMRAP (the joy of an AMRAP - you know exactly when your done)
8 kettlebell swings 32/20kg
8 burpees
50m SPRINT!

This workout is a sprint from start to finish, its 10 minutes and its going to be a rough one, but its only 10 minutes!
