Sadly due to the smoke we had to change our WOD :-(

So instead we did

"Cindy on suicide watch"

20 min AMRAP

Odd minutes - Cindy
5 pull  ups
10 push ups
15 air squats

Even minutes - Suicide runs in the gym (or called UCLA)

Tabata mile

Told you needed a watch or something :-)

Sprint 20 seconds, jog 10 seconds for 1 mile
