7 am class ONLY!!!!!!
Sorry guys, short notice I know.
If you are planning on the 9am class and cant make 7am only, here is what you can do!
10 hill sprints - look for a 50m hill at least
10 100m sprints
10 burpees after each 100m sprint
2 x 100m walking lunges
50 air squats after each set of lunges
100 m sideways squat - think sumo stance and squat
at every 10 meters of the side squats 10m frog broad jump down and back to start
