This was a WOD from 4-1-09 (and no it ain't no joke)

8 rounds of

1 min kettlebell swings 20kg
1 min goblet squats 20kg

WOW - forget how brutal some of these are. :-) left me on all fours with sweat dripping off me.

I think this was the first WOD that left me flat out on the floor with the feeling like my insides were exploding, it hurt so bad and I liked it!

PS- last time we did this, I did it with jason and we had 30 sec rest between movements- he really is a bitch!!!! hahaha
