Tabata Something Else:

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals.

Who's ready for some torn calluses!

Big shout out to the 6am class - we had 9 this norning and the 5 at the 7sm class! Nice job guys! I would of been sad if I had gotten out of bed as early as I did and noone showed. :-)

Couldn't count the reps like I wanted to (did it at 6 while coaching as well) Had a few new people today, Hal and Brian, and Steve and Danielle popped in after being gone for a while. :-)

345 total reps - I know pullups were low, but squats and situps pulled me out of the hole! My kid did it as well and said he got 345 I dont know if I beleive him but.... HAHA
