I think this was the first WOD that left me flat out on the floor with the feeling like my insides were exploding, it hurt so bad and I liked it!20kg 225 reps-PS- last time we did this, I did it with jason and we had 30 sec rest between movements- he really is a bitch!!!! hahaha
