Had a tough time figuring out which WOD I wanted to do today - had the month scheduled but make adjustments here and there and we have.....

12 x

1 min row (for calories)
1 min push up (for reps)

total score both combined

there is a 15 second transition between movements - this is not a rest time its a get your butt set up time.

We have done similar WODS to this in the past, but never had a set move your butt time :-)

Actually loved every minute of this one.
