Rope jumps were the limiting factor. For everyone who's gonna do this later, pace the jump ropes from the start so you can be steady & get 50 or 100 at a time... take a break... 50 or 100... etc. The time will slip away if you start stumbling over the rope. Pretty fun WOD though!

Hahah sorry Alena :-p This WOD was awesome. I just couldn't get 400 jumps consistently on the last 2 rounds.
26:19 *I think. I was shooting for 24 flat but the jumps got pretty difficult.
