12 Deadlifts at 70kg
9 Hang power cleans at 70kg
6 Push jerks at 70kg

Racks should be up and completed today. YEAHHHHHHHHHH

OK, so I must be strange...(do not comment on that)...I really enjoyed the WOD today!
DL 55kg and I'm slowly getting better at the correct form. 43kg HPC and PJ. 15:58.

All I need to say is ughhhh - added 5 kg tomy last weight time went up a full minute and then some....

Did Saturday WOD at 5 with my little brother, Maggie and Jenny (she is back), and that was ughhh as well. My knee is being an ass, so...
