It's kind of empty right now but ill be updating almost every day. I figure it will increase accountability a bit and it'll help me keep on my diet, feel free to drop me some comments!
I rolled solo at the Bikram Yoga last night. I didn't recognize anyone, but that's probably because I couldn't see through the sweat. All in all, it was pretty cool except for the stank that started to emanate from everyone toward the end. Definitely more intense than I thought it would be. I did a before and after weigh-in and I lost 3 lbs of sweat / water retention in 90 minutes.
Had a great time with the 10am crew
this morning! Thanks for the WOD, Alena.
Awesome to have you with us today Mel.
Yah I second that, thanks for being there Mel. It was a cool crew!
