Tabata Something Else


Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first
8 intervals are pull-ups,
the second 8 are push-ups,
the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally,
the last 8 intervals are squats.

There is no rest between exercises.


Post total reps from all 32 intervals.

Sit ups - 12, 12, 12, 12, 12, 12, 12, 12 = 96
Squats - 17, 17, 17, 18, 18, 18, 18, 18 = 141
Pull ups - 12, 12, 10, 8, 8, 8, 6, 6 = 70

Total: 407

Pull ups:

Push ups: 13,13,13,13,13,13,12,12=102
Situps:
14,14,14,14,14,14,14,13= 111
Squats:
22,22,21,21,21,21,21,21= 170

Total: 463

Done this WOD a few times, but always was coaching the same class and forgot the numbers I posted.

So, today I wrote my numbers down, and now have a strategy for the next time... Muahahahaha!

It was just a good day for me.
I just feel fortunate to be able to partake in this beautiful WOD with a good group of people.
You keep up the good work as well.
Your tenacity and perseverance are an inspiration to a lot of our younger CrossFitters.

Awesome performance to you all!

I tried to shoot for the 400 mark but I bottomed out quick on the pull ups. Don't remember fully my numbers but they go like this:

Pull-Ups: 65
Sit Ups: 87
Push Ups: 93
Squats: 129
Total: 374
