"Filthy 50"

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 16kg
50 Walking Lunge, 50 steps total
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 20kg
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

This one is so much fun!!!! Love it!

29:35 today RX's (kinda) did 25 double unders and 75 regular jumps - goes something like this...

Jump, jump, jump
Double under
Jump, jump, jump
Double under

Love the 50 although it almost killed me.
31:37 Rx'd except for the DU. I did 12 then gave up an did the rest normal.

First time under 20 minutes. Started with the wall balls which I think helped cut a couple of minutes off. Normally, by the time I get to the wall balls, I'm totally spent so they and the burpees take forever.

ugh cant remember my time... 23 something or 25 something... back felt OK. Getting my wisdom teeth out on friday so I gotta hit the box HARD tomorrow!
