Shoulder is super sore from yesterday's pull up ladder so I did Annie instead today.

I'd love to make the run on Sunday, but I'm going to be doing my damndest to not drown at the Donner Tri (haven't swam since September '08!). Have fun everyone
Horsemans park is on the corner of Skyline and Pioneer. Skyline ave is near the top of McCarran. From the old gym, you go through the intersection on McCarran, up the hill then take a right (the only way) on Skyline. Go down the hill about a mile and just passed the park and firestation in Pioneer, turn right then right into Horsemans park. The ditch trail is an irrigation ditch right of way that goes on to the west for about 14 miles. There are arrows to follow but its pretty obvious.

Oooh. I love running on the ditch trail! At 7am, it's nice and cool. I might show up for that.

Sam,
I have no clue either - haha. Was just told to be there, I know it is a paved road to the place - then I think it is a trail see Ty's post above. :-)
Travis -
YAY you will do amazing! Yeah, funny how the day has gone on, and I have gotten a little bit more sore all day from the pull ups yesterday. :-)

Good luck Travis! My shoulders are hurting as well that WOD was brutal. One of the few I can actually do right now.
