Alena, My birthday is on August 30th so get your calendar out & pencil in a WoD for Saturday, August 29th if you'd be so kind (and don't have anything else already planned). This was the final workout at the Games on Sunday.
My understanding is that a sub for muscle ups is 3 pull ups + 3 dips. However, my opinion is that 45 pull ups + 45 dips is much more work than 15 muscle ups. I think a 2 pull up + 2 dip per 1 muscle up is a more appropriate sub. Just my $0.02.
You got it Travis! Ahhhh, this will be a good one! I will have the muscle up by then, and if I am not mistaken Sam, I think the woman did less than the men on that move, but dont hold me to it I will check tonight. :-)
