Tuesday 14, July

Today we have a nice brisk

5k run

Been a while since we have done this as a weekday WOD - so here we go.

We will actually do this at the Wooster track, but we will meet at the gym and head on over as a group.

YAYAY!

My birthday is on August 30th so get your calendar out & pencil in a WoD for Saturday, August 29th if you'd be so kind (and don't have anything else already planned). This was the final workout at the Games on Sunday.

what is a sub for muscle up? dips?

My understanding is that a sub for muscle ups is 3 pull ups + 3 dips. However, my opinion is that 45 pull ups + 45 dips is much more work than 15 muscle ups. I think a 2 pull up + 2 dip per 1 muscle up is a more appropriate sub. Just my $0.02.

You got it Travis! Ahhhh, this will be a good one! I will have the muscle up by then, and if I am not mistaken Sam, I think the woman did less than the men on that move, but dont hold me to it I will check tonight. :-)
