Well, I figured I didnt feel like running today, so instead I came up with this... not the best idea on my part!

10 min jump rope - singles
100 kettlebell swings AHAP
8 min jump rope
100 kettlebell upper cuts
6 min jump rope
100 kettlebell snatch
4 min jump rope
100 kettlebell v-twist
2 min jump rope
