7am - trail run
9am - Suck Day in the box
Horsemans park is on the corner of Skyline and Pioneer. Skyline ave is near the top of McCarran. From the old gym, you go through the intersection on McCarran, up the hill then take a right (the only way) on Skyline. Go down the hill about a mile and just passed the park and fire station in Pioneer, turn right then right into Horsemans park. The ditch trail is an irrigation ditch right of way that goes on to the west for about 14 miles. There are arrows to follow but its pretty obvious.

Did a CFE long course of
12.5 miles with Tempo variation.
Had a great time in the trail with the crew at 7AM this morning. Great job, guys!
Sorry guys - this was not my WOD, I posted it for all ou guys, but there was no way I was getting up at 6:00am on Sunday. I will try for next time, but my sleep patterns are a little out of whack right now.
