**** Adding max effort pull ups between each set of push ups

Push ups
3x20

Strength:

Strict press
5-5-5 warm up
3-3-3+ @ 70/80/90%

Then

Push press
2x20 @ 50% of your 1 rep max strict press

Stabilizer:

50 evil wheels

Metcon:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10

Power cleans
Burpees

*Always adds up to 11
*Increase weight on the power cleans every round
