Strength work today with a little kick in the pants at the end.

Back squats

5-5-5

Bench press

5-5-5

Metcon:

5 rounds

20 yard bear crawl (1 length of the gym)
5 SDHP 42.5kg/27.5kg
10 burpees

WOW the legs on this one were on fire after the round.

6:22 on the met-con.

140 Kg on the back squats. 80 Kg on the bench press. Upper body strength has really gone to hell over the last two months. Those bear crawls were hard, but it was fun watching everyone look like a goober doing them. Good job everyone!

Wore Chandler's OLY shoes today - haha I love them. Was waiting for mine from Rogue (another 3 stupid weeks so, I canceled that order) anywho, they are fantastic if you get a chance to get a pair well worth the investment.

oh, 8:03 on the metcon RX'd mens weight - hip flexors were on fire!

The Oly shoes are a great investment. You feel so much more stable. Alena we will "share" until yours get here lol.

I knew that when I left them Alena would get the bug and try them out lol
