End of the week, the weather is great, the Ace's are playing, the river is warming up (well that is a lie), and we all need to enjoy it!
No strength today, I just wanted to focus on the Metcon - I almost had a "suck day" or pick your strength move day, but logistically that would be a coaching nightmare. :-)
