Ring dips
3 sets of 12 (or if 12 is easy max reps on 3 sets. Those unable to do ring dips we ar working towards it, so GHD handles, or even bench or box, keep your fee as far away from the body as possible if they are on the ground, back close to bench, good depth on the dips for strength in those tri-ceps)
Metcon:
3 rounds
500m row
150 double unders (we are working on this movement if you cant tell, even if you can only get one at a time, work through it!) If absolutely no double unders 300 singles
