After a WOD like Nancy, running today is not something I really want to do. HAHA

Squat cleans (builds on the front squat technique we went over yesterday)

Phewwww - that was a rough metcon.
Did not go to my heaviest on my squat cleans, seems like its been forever since we have done them with the Warrior Program.
