Strength:
Front squats
5-5-5-5-5 adding 5+kg to your last lift - shooting for new PR's.
Glute Ham Raises - working the booty with this one, but as you progres with the movement will realize that every muscle in your legs are firing during this movement
Metcon:
"Annie"
50-40-30-20-10
Double unders / 3x the number if doing singles
Situps
(I am serious when I say work on these every chance you get at the gym, we will slowly be increasing the # of singles in comparison to doubles)

I'm pretty upset I missed this one. Like really REALLY upset I missed it. Dang it...I hate closing shifts at work...now for more than one reason ; )
