Battle Born endurance is ready to give you everything you’ve been asking for. Leave your iPod at home, you won’t need it!
Finally a program that takes minimal training time and is focused on learning running as a skill.
Proper form, mobility and nutrition will be discussed in detail to prevent those nagging running injuries.
Schedule: Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday at 12:00pm starting June 16th 2010
This program is to be done on top of your normal CrossFit WOD'S, and is spaced as such around class time that you can do both with ample recovery time.
