Starting the week off with a benchmark workout - what does that mean? LOG IT! Be sure when I post on the whiteboard, or on the blog to log it - that you do. This is our way of seeing the incredible performance increases we have with CrossFit as our "conditioning" program.

Strength:
Front squats
3-3-3-3-3

Skill work:
Double unders

Metcon:
"Nancy" - one of my least favorite ladies...
5 rounds
400m run (now you know why)
15 overhead squats 42.5/28.5kg

Way to go everyone! Nancy is a beast and puts the best athletes down for the count.

I saw everyone push past their pain threshold and kill this WOD!
