Middle of the week for us, and even though I try to get away from making today an "endurance" day - it still happens sometimes. But, this is a fun WOD.

Strength:

Snatch grip deadlifts
3-3-3-3-3

Clean shrugs
3-3-3-3-3

Metcon:

"Griff"
2 rounds
Run 800m forwards
Run 400m backwards

YAYAYAYAYAYAY backwards running is not only fun, it's fundamental.
