Closing in on the end of the week - its been a great week of strength, WOD's and a new Hero that destroyed most.

Strength:

Deadlifts
3-3-3-3-3

Bench press
3-3-3-3-3

Metcon:

100 burpees
25 inverted burpees
or
150 burpees
