A few weeks ago the main page strung together some awesome workouts. We had a few people comment on them, so were going to give them a shot in main page order.

Strength:

Back squats

5-5-5-3-2-5

Metcon:

21-15-9

Box jumps 24 inch
Power snatch 35/25kg
Chest to bar pullups
