Thank god it is FRIDAY!!!!

It is that day where after a long week of training we take it "easy" - hehe

With that said we are doing some make up work, mobility, you know the fun stuff!

5 KB snatch - medium weight each side
10 KB swing 32/24kg
5 strict chin ups
