1 minute plank holds

Skill/Stabilizer:

1 minute plank hold
1 minute bicycles

Strength:

10 minutes working up to a heavy single OHS
then
10 minutes snatch work

Metcon:

10-15-20-15-10
Hang clean and jerks 70/60/50/60/70 men RX
25 double unders after each set
