So driving home in the car tonight, I wanted something with Turkish get-ups (you all have been asking for them), so Jason and I got thinking....... This is what we came up with.

10 rounds for time of

5 Turkish get-ups 20kg-24kg
15 kettlebell swings 20kg-24kg
200 m run (once around the building)

I am thinking it should be a good one!

Whoever asked for Turkish get ups, we need to have a serious talk! But then again it might not be safe to identify yourself.

28:30 - 35# TGU's for first 4 rounds & 30# for last 6 rounds. 24 Kg KB swings.

Includes a minute to a minute & a half of parenting trying to console my crying daughter. Adds a new element to CrossFit.

Great workout, I suggested to Alena we rename it Midnight Express (let's see if anyone gets that). I think the time was 25:26 with 16 kilo get-ups and 24 kilo swings. I had some great competition from Denny, made me push myself to the limit (had that song playin in my head haha).
