Middle of the week, make it a "quick" WOD....


Tabata Core Destroyer

Weighted V twists - rest in v position
Push ups - rest in plank position or bottom hold
Weighted jack knifes - rest in the jack knife or folded position
Handstand push ups - rest is an actual rest

Score is lowest number of each movement - performed in tabata style of 4 minutes, of 20 seconds on 10 seconds off for each movement before moving on to the next movement.
