Today will be a challenge of your mental and physical ability....

400 m lunge WITH a plate overhead - ohhhh but thats not it no no no, every time you put the plate down, you do 10 squats.

Score is how many squats you do.

YAY YAY YAY

Walking lunge workout was a rough one - 15kg 30:22

FMP was AWESOME -

10,000lbs snatch grip deadlift
7,000lbs snatch

=

106 snatches (30kg)
75 snatch grip deads - actually 65 did 10 regular (60kg)

34:39 total time

Keeping this in the weekend rotation for the more advanced group

Did this Sunday-
10 kg plate and lost count after at least 200 squats. This is a great ass WOD!!! I love when my ass hurts!!!

time was 39- 40 min?? something like that
