So today is Gene's birthday, actually Robin's as well but we celebrated her workout on Thursday with Art's.
Gene designed his own killer workout, so here we go!
5 X 55 + 5
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Pullups
Box jumps
Pushups
Air Squats
Situps - With a one lap run around the building after situp reps 9,7,5,3 and 1
So there you have it 5 exercises, 55 reps each, with 5 laps around the building.
