Well, it has been a long hard week with all the birthdays - Mel, Chandler and myself were trying to think of what we didn't due this week, and all we came up with was....

Kettlebell swings
and there is your workout - the reps will be
21-15-9
weight I am leaving more up to you on this one - squats cleans can be a hard movement.
Nice easy WOD today, but our warm-up.............
