20 Kettlebell Swings at least 1 pood (16kg)
20 Push-ups
100 Jump Rope (Singles)s

Starting strength we start with B day today. :-)

This WOD almost killed me I think - when programing it I almost made it 5 rounds - I thought ahhhh that seems a little easy. LOL
