5 rounds - each round lasts for 2 minutes then you rest for 1 minute.
Do as many reps of hang power clean as you can each round. Men 45kg / Woman 30kg
Keep track of the reps per round.
Then rest exactly 1 minute and start the next round.

If it doesn't destroy your forearms or grip, it will sure as heck destroy your hands. I counted 5 new blisters on my left hand and 4 on my right hand. I'll stop my whining now... I think my numbers were:
40, 40, 32, 25, 26 = 163
50+47+37+31+37=202

OK, so this was a great WOD! Was shooting for 200, 40 a round. Scored 189 - 40 for the first two rounds, nailed - 40 for the third round a little harder, 40 for the last two rounds - nope!!!!!
I was fighting to keep the bar in my hands. Speaking of hands, 3 new blisters on the left, 5 on the right plus two bleeders during the WOD.
