Hey guys and gals - lets try and be in the gym as much as we can for the next few weeks. It will be rough on days, but it will be worth it all in the long run!!!
This week we will be doing our normal strength training sets, but at 75% of our max lifts to "save" our bodies for the Ladies!!!!
Lots of Benchmark WOD's these next few weeks - be sure to LOG your workouts, we will revisit them in May, and I want you to all see the significant time changes, skills, and weights you will have.
