Since it is Wednesday, we have a skill day instead of a strength day - but with us backing off on our weight 75% these next few weeks, it is more skill days as well.
Snatch - use PVC to work on form, or lighter weights

30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 air squats
Foundation: 3 rounds with assistance
Intermediate: 3-5 rounds little assistance
RX'D: just that as prescribed!!!
This is a good one to work on your skills as well, full extension on your pull ups, chest to ground on the push ups, and hip crease below your knee line (ass to grass) on your squats!
