Like I said FGB is in the house today!!!

Row for calories
Wall ball 20-16lbs
Sumo Dead lift High Pull 35/22.75kg
Box jump 20 inch
Push Press 35/22.75kg

3 rounds
1 minute of each movement, with a minute rest after you have completed all 5 movements for 1 minute. Score = total calories + reps for all movements for all rounds. :-)

Nice PR Brian!

I did FGB at 10AM & tried to implement a strategy that went straight down the toilet & scored a 322. I was pissed so I went back at 4PM, threw the strategy in the garbage & did much better with a 362. No more strategery for me anymore - just all out!

I totally agree with
NO strategies.
We should approach
all wods with all out
intensity and tenacity.
This is the only way to
achieve our ultimate goal
of getting stronger.
The only thing that should
be in our minds while doing
