5 hang cleans 85/55kg
Last of the heavy WOD'S for a few weeks - after Lady week, Hero week, then Heavy week, we will hit a little (remember take that with a grain of salt coming from me) on the Metcon's. :-)

6:44 rxd with power cleans. Very heavy load, but well worth the effort..
Ended with 110 kg backsquat and 90 kg bench x 5..
6:24 - Did the first round as Rx'd & then scaled down to 70Kg. 85Kg is heavy!
Got 140Kg on back squats which may be a PR.
I also got a 1 rep max pr squat clean after the WOD at 100Kg. It wasn't very pretty!
Should of been a rest day!
