I think everyone has recovered from the Odyssey this weekend, the twins were back in, and Dave and Chris were on workout #2 for the week, so we are GOOD!

200m sprint

Slowly, but surely the Odyssey peeps are creeping back in :p I guess the adventure took a number out of us...so extra rest was needed :) I saw some people here and there today, it put a smile on my face. I know sooner or later, we all are going to get the place pack soon. Nice to be back in the box, our BBCF home. Hope to see more later this week :)
