Insulin/Blood Sugar and the Truth About Food with Michael Pollan

This is definitely worth checking out for anyone new to BBCF and learning about why eating the Paleo Diet helps regulate your blood sugar and insulin levels:

Ever heard of Michael Pollan? He's a professor at Berkeley and essentially food activist.  Among many topics, he focuses on how the Western diet has changed so drastically over the years, how people hardly eat "real food" anymore and what we have to do to change this.  Why is this important to us? Although he doesn't necessarily enforce the Paleo diet, he does talk about how important it is to eat vegetables and grass-fed beef.
