200 m run
8 snatch grip deadlifts 60kg
400 m run
6 snatch grip deadlifts 60kg

Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone! I've been traveling a lot this summer - San Francisco, Seattle, Washington DC, and my hometown Akron, Ohio - and I've been working out with two other affiliates while on the road: Urban CrossFit, Seattle, and CrossFit Legacy, Akron, Ohio, home of Charlie Dunifer a CrossFit Games competitor. I'll be back with the Battleborn brutes in no time!
Ciao, Francis

http://iphone.foxnews.com/story/69/539158-HighFat-Diet-May-Make-You-Stupid-and-Lazy.html

I never realized how stupid and lazy I am. Obiviously Crossfit is for lazy people and I must be too stupid to understand that Paleo makes me stupid. Darn those fats they will be the death of me!

Darn it Chandler I'm glad you figured it out for us all, and posted a link even! LOL

It's pretty amazing that I can operate this iPhone, with all that nasty fat clogging my brain!

The article only reveals the multiplicity of ignoramuses in the health care industry. For this journal article to be published in the mainstream media is appalling.
A journal study should be non biased, randomized and controlled that should benefit the general population.
Interestingly, the sample population in our box is made up of individuals who are highly successful, goal driven, smart, over achieving individuals that consume a moderate to high amounts of fats in their diet.
I think the only time we get less smart is temporarily after a killer WOD when all the energy are diverted to amplify our powerful metabolic pathways. In other words, we somewhat get stupid when we are about to puke after a WOD with thrusters...
