Today is the second round of our paleo challnge, and of course of benchmark WOD for this is none other than

Fight Gone Bad
Five excercises for one minute each with a one minute rest for 3 rounds

Row For calories
20lb Wall Ball
SDHP -75lb
20" Box Jump
Push Press - 75lb
