Ahhhh close to the end of the week, and of course I am already thinking about what FMP we may be doing... Always remember just because you hear Mel or Chandler or Scott, or I talk about them does not mean you cannot come in and join the fun. Its a no man left behind WOD - and we love em.

Please be sure to check out the new levels on the board when you come in, in regards to your "level" at the gym. It is going to make every ones life a little easier and there will be a sheet following to track your levels. :0)

I was shooting for a sub 6 today - its been a very very long time since I have done FRAN - somehow always falls on a "rest day" for me - hahaha!
Anyway, just missed the sub 6, but I think maybe a little fresher I would of been ok. :-) Great job on the new PR's to everyone including Chandler with a 3:03, and Mel with a 3:47 - Travis its cuz I wasnt there barking at you to get a sub 2:15. :0)

Dang Alena! I knew there was something missing. : )

Had a great time with everyone in the box last night trying to delay the inevitability of working through Fran. Thanks Denny for suffering through with me, and thanks Mel & Chandler for pushing us and keeping me honest with the depth of my thrusters.
