Ahhh so we start Coach Adam's week of fun!!!

Strength:

Over head squats
5-5-5

Double under skill work - shooting for 50

Metcon:

4x
20 tuck jumps
10 strict pull ups
20 kettlebell swings 32/24kg

Deceiving little workout I might add!

Was it supposed to be 10 pull-ups? We did 20!
